At JMTC, new developments and design optimisation are never ending activities. No doubt we have catered to customers with very diverse requirements and applications. this we attribute to our intensive foray in breaking out of traditional designs and constantly strive to improve existing designs and develop new concepts.
In today’s competitive scenario time is of utmost importance, therefore we have consolidated our manufacturing capabilities to build machines in less time and within schedules. We adopted cad/cam technology to assist our technical staff to roll out new-developments at much higher pace than before. We put cad/cam to our use for new concept development, development of conceptual parts, 3-d modeling of the machine parts and subsequently a visual assembly of the parts into finished product. Hence eliminating old fashioned long process of passing a concept to our workshop personnel for manufacturing .2-d conversions derived from already inspected and approved 3-d models w.r.t assembly ensure smooth passage of a concept to manufacturing entity reducing the chances of error by a huge amount.
We have already supplied some machines developed in this way to some of our clients and the results were astonishing in the form of reduced lead time, shorter manufacturing time, negligible no of trials and accurate results.
